Service Agreement
By engaging Keen Interior Designs for interior design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include design consultation, space planning, color selection, furniture sourcing, and project management as outlined in your specific service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and terms will be specified in your individual contract. Generally, we require a deposit to begin work, with remaining payments due according to project milestones. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on material availability, client decisions, contractor schedules, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to project sites, and final approval of designs and purchases. Changes to approved designs may result in additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
Design concepts, plans, and materials created by Keen Interior Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive usage rights for their specific project upon completion of payment.
